"LA HUELLA" PAINTING MARATHON
Artistic marathon initiative of Osvaldo Lobalzo. Promoted by the Osvaldo Lobalzo Cultural Space located in the Sotogrande marina, where for seven consecutive days and six nights an important cast of artists and fans gathered in front of a large-format mural exactly 70 square meters whose objective is to activate culture at citizenship and raising awareness with art.
The goal is that through the development of this collective project in which anyone can participate, they can leave their mark on a beautiful and creative idea.
The work in all its editions will be dedicated to the general public of any age. Participation will be free and each user will also receive a commemorative diploma for the activity.
The organization will also make a record book to record the total number of participants in the event.
Non-flammable and non-toxic painting materials will be used, mainly acrylics and recycling materials such as wood, cardboard, paper, fabrics and other similar materials. Participants, whether advanced in the subject or not, will have the opportunity to enjoy this great activity alongside professionals who will guide them in the different techniques.
When the large mural is finished, the work will be divided up and displayed in different locations in the municipality, thus creating a cultural tour for those who want to see the mural in its entirety.
The first mural was made in 2017 and 400 people participated. We can visit the fragments at:

The second mural was also developed in the artist's Cultural Space in the Sotogrande marina in 2018. The measurements of the work are 200x700 meters. 290 people participated and it has been entirely made with recycled materials, receiving a great mention for such an environmental initiative.artistic
This mural is not divided and can be visited in its entirety in the artist's artistic studio currently located in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro.
Osvaldo Lobalzo is currently working on new editions.
